How It Works
We aim to offer the best shipping rates in New Zealand for all our spa pools. Depending on the spa and your delivery area, options are displayed on each product page, shopping cart and the checkout before you make payment.Normally all of our spa pools are in stock at our Auckland warehouse, unless clearly stated on the product page and checkout. Our shipping times have been calculated based on 95% of our deliveries.
Pickup
You can pick up your brand new spa from
our store
just around the corner from Auckland Airport. If you are wanting to pick up your spa pool, please
contact us
and we'll email the address and pickup instructions after you place your order.
Turnaround Time
Processing involves picking and packing your order. We know you want your spa pool fast so we dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 hours Monday-Friday 9am -5pm.
Shipping Time
Our deliveries are taken care by third party couriers and carriers. Once a spa pool is picked up by the courier/carrier, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Standard Shipping NZ wide
Standard delivery is available for non rural delivery addresses. North Island deliveries normally take 2 to 3 days. South Island deliveries can normally take around 3 to 5 days.
Rural Shipping
We offer rural delivery service to most rural delivery addresses as well. Please note, depending on where you are delivery may not be possible in some remote locations. We’ll notify you if your order is affected and we’ll also provide alternative options.
